Nikolina Palamidovska-Sterjadovska graduated from the Faculty of Economics – Skopje in 2006 at the Department of Marketing, with average grade of 9.52. She is a winner of the Frank Manning Award for Best Student at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje for the 2005/06 academic year. In May 2011, she acquired her Masters Degree at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje, on the topic: “Models for customer satisfaction measurement as a precondition for building long-term relationships”. In November 2013, she defended her doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje, on the topic: “The impact of service quality on companies’ financial performances – an empirical investigation of the banking sector in the Republic of Macedonia “. She has been employed at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje since 2007, where she currently works as an Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing. She teaches Marketing Research and Public Relations in the first cycle studies and she is also actively involved in the second and third cycle studies. The main areas of her research interest are applied marketing research, companies’ communication research, consumer behavior research, customer satisfaction and service quality.
