In order to strengthen the capabilities of the Faculty of Economics &#8211; Skopje, the first step will be to establish a two-cycle MBA program in strategic HRM.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Through this partnership, Kelley School of Business professors and faculty members at the Faculty of Economics-Skopje have joint and intensive collaboration with the goal of developing a new postgraduate MBA program in Strategic Human Resource Management with modern, state-of-the-art curricula.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This teaching process in the MBA of SHRM is intended to create a more engaging and exciting experience for students, one that differs significantly from the classic lectures that most students are accustomed to. Among the teaching methods are prerecorded videos by the professors, flipped classroom sessions, case studies &#8211; some developed with our successful companies for the program, solving specific practical problems presented by renowned guest lecturers, i.e. a student-centered approach to teaching.
