Call for enrollment

The call for enrollment of new students in MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management for the academic year 2024/202 has been published. The full call is published on the following LINK.

• The first application period is from 1 to 11 October 2024
• The second application period is from 3 to 14 February 2025

50 new students can be enrolled through the call.

To apply for an MBA in SHRM, students must have completed four-year undergraduate studies or ECTS-based first-cycle studies with 8 semesters and obtained a minimum of 240 credits.

Application process

Before applying within the deadlines set by the Call for Applications, each interested candidate must register at www.upisi.ukim.mk and complete the electronic application from the iKnow system.

The number that the candidate automatically receives from the electronic application system must also be entered in the application submitted during the enrollment process.

The application is submitted at the Student Affairs Office for the second cycle, at the Faculty of Economics.

When applying for enrollment, candidates must submit the following documents:

• Electronic application (from upisi.ukim.mk);
• Enrollment application form (A1 form);
• Original document for completed first-cycle studies (diploma or certificate), and for candidates who graduated abroad – a Recognition Decision of the educational documents issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia;
• Short biography (CV);
• Proof of active knowledge of a foreign language;
• Proof of payment of the administrative fee in the amount of 50.00 denars.

Fees

The tuition fee for 2024/25 is 2500 Euros for domestic students and 3750 for foreign students.

It includes

• Lectures and consultations

• Master thesis (preparation and defense) 

It does not include 

• Books

• Examination fee

Payment in installments 

• When enrolled in the first semester – 750 Euro (in October)
• When enrolled in the second semester – 750 Euro (in January)
• When submitting the master thesis proposal – 300 Euro
• Before the defense of the master thesis – 700 Euro
