Course objectives (competencies): Upon completion of the course, students should be able to: - Prepare managerial decisions about the moment, nature and depth of the need for change in the organization;
- Recognize and manage the instigators and opponents of change at the individual, group / team and organizational level;
- Develop managerial skills and abilities for each stage of the change management process;
- Understand the fundamental differences between evolutionary and revolutionary approaches to managing organizational change;
- Understand the different uses of change management strategies and tactics, according to the phase of the life cycle and the relationship with the external environment;
- Master the use of information technologies and social responsibility in managing change;
- Recognize the inter-connection and interdependence of change management and organizational development.
