Born on May 12, 1980 in Kumanovo, Republic of Macedonia. In 2003 he completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia. Since June 2004 he has been working at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje as a teaching assistant at the Department of Management. He completed his postgraduate studies at the Department of MBA – Management at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, in 2009. The same year he defended his master thesis on the research topic “Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning in a Knowledge-Based Organization”. From January 2008 to May 2008 he successfully completed the JFDP (Junior Faculty Development Program) in Business Administration at George Washington University – Washington, USA. The program is funded by the US State Department. He is an alumnus of George Washington University. From February 2010 to February 2011 he successfully completes his one-year post-graduate studies in Information Management at the KU Leuven, Leuven, Belgium. He graduated with (Cum Laude) a significant distinction in his generation. He is also an alumnus of the KU Leuven, from Leuven, Belgium.
He finished his PhD studies in 2015 and he defended his doctoral dissertation on 9.2.2015 named “The Impact of Business and ICT Compliance on Organizational Performance”. On 31.12020 he was elected Associate Professor at the Department of Management.
