He was elected Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje in 2004. He was born in 1962 in Skopje. He graduated in 1987, and received his master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje in 1995 in the field of Public Sector. Scientific preoccupation: public sector, fiscal economy and theory of public choice. Published books: “Public sector in developed market economies”, 1996 as well as 10 articles in the country and abroad. He has also published a dozen articles in the country. He studied in France in 1991 and 1995, in USA in 1997, in Slovenia in 1995 and in Poland in 1993 and 1996.He received his PhD on the topic “The new position of the public sector with a special focus on the profiling of the public sector in the Republic of Macedonia. ”(1999).
