He was born in 1962 in Skopje. Graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje in 1986. He holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 1993, and received his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Economics in Skopje in 2000. (Doctoral dissertation: “Managing Costs in an Activity-Based Accounting System”). He has been employed at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje since 1987. He has been a full professor since 2011. His research interests are in the area of accounting and financial matters, especially state accounting and non-profit accounting, financial statement analysis, financial and managerial accounting, cost management, financial management and more.

He has published over 100 articles so far.
He is a reviewer of several books published by the Faculty of Economics Skopje. He has published 3 books: One book as a single author – State Accounting and Non-Profit Accounting (2004); and two books in co-authoring – Introduction to Accounting (2004) and Fundamentals of Accounting – Task Collection (2005).
He is co-author of a book (digital form) Public Sector Accounting, Auditing and Control in South Eastern Europe, Public Sector Financial Management, Edited by Vesna Vašiček Gorana Roje, 2019 CHAPTER 7 Public Sector Accounting, Auditing and Control in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
He participated in the preparation of 6 projects for financial analysis of the companies involved in the privatization process. He was in Belgium for a study stay. He participated in the development of a project of the Tempus – Phare program entitled “The European Dimension of Accounting Education in the Republic of Macedonia”. Macedonia ”; Participation in a project entitled: “Building an Audit Profession in the Republic of Macedonia in the Context of Its Integration in the Process of Globalization – Comparative Approach to Developed and Transition Economies” etc. Was secretary of the department of accounting and auditing. He is secretary of the second cycle of studies in the Accounting and Audit study program. He has participated in the Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Auditors of the Republic of Macedonia and a member of the Institute of Accountants and Certified Accountants of the Republic of Macedonia. As a certified auditor he is a member of the Commission for conducting the exam for acquiring the title of auditor from 2006 till today at the Institute of Certified Auditors of the Republic of Macedonia. Member of the Bulletin Board, Proactive Skopje, member of the Symposium Programming Board organized by the Accountants’ Union of the Republic of Macedonia. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences, symposia and scientific meetings.
Participated in a working group on drafting the Law on Budgeting and Budgetary Accounting and a Rulebook on Budgeting and Budgetary Accounting in 2002 and participated in a working group on the drafting of the Law on Accounting for Non-profit Organizations and the 2003 Rulebook on Accounting for Non-profit Organizations year.
Member of the Steering Committee for Accounting and Institutional Strengthening Reforms (REPARIS) 2007-2009. Member of the Commission for Training and Conducting Appraisal in the Ministry of Internal affairs in 2012-13. He has attended seminars and courses in accounting and auditing. He is a member of the Second Cycle Council of the Faculty. Member of the Summer School Organizing Committee. Member educator of the Investment Advisory Commission for Investment Advisory Exam at the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Macedonia. He participated in state audit trainings organized by the State Audit Office of the Republic of Macedonia. He participated as a lecturer in trainings organized by TZO Belgrade. Has a license for expert in the field of material, accounting and financial operations. He participated in trainings organized by the Association of Internal Auditors of Macedonia.
