Andrijana Ristovska was born on 05.02.1994 in Skopje. In 2016, she completed her undergraduate studies as the best student at the Department of Management. In 2018, she received her Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management with a master’s thesis on the “The role of human resource management in retaining the talents in the Republic of Macedonia: Empirical analysis of youth in the Republic of Macedonia”. In the academic year 2018/2019 she begins her studies in the third cycle of Organizational Sciences and Management and works on her scientific work in the field of fluctuation and talent retention in companies and in the country. She has been working as a teaching fellow at the Department of Management since the academic year 2017/2018. The main areas of scientific interest are related to human resource management, sustainable development, performance management, fluctuation, talent management and so on.
