Bojan Kitanovikj was born on December 7, 1998 in Skopje. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje in 2021 as Magna Cum Laude. During his studies, he was awarded recognitions and scholarships by the Faculty of Economics – Skopje and the Ministry of Education and Science. His bachelor’s thesis was chosen as the best thesis. In the academic year 2021/2022, he enrolled in postgraduate studies in the study program MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management, where he graduated as the first Master in Organizational Sciences in this program with an average grade of 10.00 with the defense of his dissertation “The Adoption of AI in HR for Deconstructing and Reconstructing Jobs”. He is currently a student in the third cycle of studies at the University School for Doctoral Studies at the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, in the Organizational Sciences and Management program.

As a master’s student, he was hired as a demonstrator at the Department of Management and was later employed as an assistant at the Department of Management in the scientific field of management and business. He has many years of experience in the civil society sector and the entrepreneurial ecosystem by working on international projects as a project manager, program coordinator, impact officer, moderator of international events, trainer, etc. He is also an active contributor to the Yunus Social Businesses Center at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje and the EU Data and Information Center (EUi) at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje.

Bojan is the sole author and a co-author of more than 20 relevant scientific publications, namely international scientific publications with an impact factor, articles in scientific journals indexed in renowned world databases such as Web of Science, Scopus and EBSCO, books published by Springer, faculty proceedings, conference proceedings, blogs, guides and other publications. During his working career, he has participated in numerous trainings, seminars, workshops, and conferences organized by relevant domestic and international organizations and higher education institutions. He is involved in more than 5 international and national scientific research and application projects, supported by USAID, the European Union through the Erasmus+ and HORIZON Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions programs, WIDERA and similar as a young researcher and deputy co-leader of a work package.

Bojan has so far completed two academic study visits at Northumbria University in Great Britain and the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

He has excellent knowledge of IBM SPSS, AMOS, Adobe tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software solutions. He is proficient in English and actively speaks German.
