Course objectives (competences): Upon completion of this course students will be able and will have knowledge of how to use different social media and their implications in marketing, business and companies goals. Students will gain:
• Knowledge of the entire ecosystem of social media and their impact on a company’s marketing strategy;
• Knowledge of social media marketing processes, and identifying when and how should be used in business;
• Know-how to implement business goals through social media marketing from brand empowerment, customer acquisition, relationship building, service improvement;
• Understanding and predicting marketing results through content creation;
• Knowledge of how to create relevant content for different social media and analyze best world practices;
• Know-how to analyze data and create social media reports.
