7th International Scientific Conference on
Economic and Business Trends Shaping the Future
(EBTSF-26)
Intelligence, Innovation, and Long-Term Impact in Organizations and Societies

November 12-13, 2026

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 7^th International Scientific Conference on Economic and Business Trends Shaping the Future – Intelligence, Innovation, and Long-Term Impact in Organizations and Societies. The conference will be a hybrid event held from November 12 to 13, 2026, at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Faculty of Economics-Skopje, Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia.

All accepted and presented papers will be assigned a DOI number. Selected peer-reviewed full papers will be published in the official EBTSF Conference Proceedings, which are planned for submission to international indexing databases. Accepted extended abstracts and doctoral symposium contributions will be published in the EBTSF Book of Abstracts. Selected high-quality conference papers may be invited to submit extended versions for publication in partner international journals (indexed in Web of Science, Scopus and EBSCO), following the journals’ standard peer-review procedures. Additional partner journals will be announced. (Publication – EBTSF).

We invite academics, practitioners, and researchers to share their ideas, knowledge, and experiences at the conference. Submissions can be either extended abstracts or completed research papers. A special session for young researchers and PhD students will feature extended abstracts or doctoral symposium papers, each followed by a discussion. The conference topics are related (but not limited) to the following:

• Contemporary development in accounting and auditing

Co-hosted by the Department of Accounting and Auditing

• The impact of digital transformation on organizations

Co-hosted by the Department of E-Business

• Economic development and public policies in an era of modern technological challenges

Co-hosted by the Department of Economics

• Emerging trends in modern finance

Co-hosted by the Department of Finance

• Smart and sustainable trade in a fragmenting global economy

Co-hosted by the Department of International Trade

• Management, entrepreneurship, and human capital in the age of digital and sustainability transitions

Co-hosted by the Department of Management

• Contemporary marketing strategies and market dynamics in rapidly changing environments

Co-hosted by the Department of Marketing

• Application of quantitative methods in the field of economics and business

Co-hosted by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics

• Industry research and practice insights track

The deadline for paper submission is July 31, 2026. Submissions will be conducted via the EasyChair platform, where authors can upload their papers starting June 1, 2026.
