He was elected Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje in 2004. He was born on July 12, 1963 in Resen. He graduated in 1988 and received his master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje in 1996 on the topic “Economic Development and Environmental Protection”. Scientific preoccupation: applied economics, environmental protection, regional development, transformation of modern economic systems, enlargement of the European Union. He has published more than a dozen articles. Achieved study stays in: 1. France, July 1991, at Stendhal University in Grenoble; 2. Vienna, Austria, October 1996 – July 1997, at the Institute for Higher Studies, where he successfully completes the postgraduate program in the field of applied economics; 3. Koseg, Hungary, June 20 – July 10, 1998, where he attended and graduated from the International Summer University on: Central Europe and the European Union; 4. Jokaichi, Japan, August 6 – September 25, 1998, at the International Center for Environmental Technology Transfer, where he completes a training course in air pollution control technologies from industrial sources of pollution. He also realized short study stays in Barcelona, ​​Spain (1998); Budapest, Hungary (2000) and Stockholm. He obtained his PhD in 2003 on the topic “Economic aspects of environmental protection”.
