He was born on January 21, 1963. in Skopje. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Skopje in the field of Informatics in 1987. 

In 1987 he was employed at the Information System Office of the City of Skopje, as a specialist for information system development, and in 1989 he got employed at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje as a Junior Assistant on Computer Programming. In the academic year 1988/1989 he enrolled at postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Skopje in the field of Informatics. After passing the planned exams and preparing the seminar papers, he received his master’s degree in 1992 with an average grade of 10, by public defense of the paper «Fractal characteristics of nonlinear economic dynamic models». In 1992 he was elected Assistant Professor on Computer Science at the Faculty of Economics.

In 1996 he defended his doctoral dissertation titled “Statistical-economic analysis of time series” at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje. In 1997 he was elected Assistant Professor on Computer Science, and in 2002 he was elected Associate Professor of Information Technology. In 1997 he was elected Full Professor of Information Technology and Introduction to E-business, and is also a coordinator of the course on Basics of Internet Architecture.  

He is a coordinator and a member of several teams for teaching and exams in subjects in the field of information technologies and electronic business of several postgraduate studies that are organized within the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Skopje, postgraduate studies in E-business Management – distance learning at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, postgraduate studies in Accounting and Auditing at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje and postgraduate European Studies for Integration and Communications at the Faculty of Philosophy Skopje.

Since 2007 he has been the Head of the Department of E-Business and a member of the Dean’s Board of the Faculty of Economics, and in 2008 he was appointed Head of Postgraduate Studies in E-Business Management – Distance Learning at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje. 

During his work, he performed several stays in foreign countries for professional and scientific development, as follows: Charles University, Center for Economic Research and Postgraduate Studies, Prague, Czech Republic; Nebraska State University, College of Business, Lincoln, USA; Arizona State University, Tempe, College of Business, USA; University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain; University of Reykjavik, Iceland; Fontys University of Vocational Education, Department of Marketing and Management, Eindhoven, The Netherlands; West Vlanderen University, College of Multimedia and Communications, Kortrijk, Belgium; E-government Academy, Tallinn, Estonia and others.
