Irena Bogoevska-Gavrilova is born in Skopje. After finishing high school at “Orce Nikolov” in Skopje, she continues her education at the Faculty of Economics-Skopje at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius ”in Skopje. In the academic year 2012 she graduated at the Department of E-business, with an average grade of 9.72, where she acquired the professional title: graduated economist. The same academic year she continued with her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics-Skopje, in the study program in Marketing. She completed all exams with and average grade of 10.00. In 2015, she successfully defended her master thesis entitled: “Employees’ perceptions of the role of marketing managers in companies in Macedonia” and acquired a professional title: Master of Economics in the field of Marketing. She is currently a third cycle student within the School of Doctoral Studies at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius”- Skopje. At the Faculty of Economics-Skopje, she was engaged in the academic year 2012-2013, as a demonstrator, and in 2020 she was elected as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Department of Marketing.

She is fluent in English, German and Italian. Has excellent knowledge of SPSS, AMOS, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, as well as knowledge of HTML computer language.

• Participation as a trainer in the project “SO-VET Social Entrepreneurship as an Alternative for Young, Unemployed People”, supported by the Erasmus + EU Program and the National Agency for European Educational Programs and Mobility, in 2018. The SO-VET project refers to the development of social entrepreneurship as an alternative for young unemployed people. The main goal is to upgrade the system of vocational education in this area.
